  •  Estate planning is complex. You are dealing with everything and everyone that is important to you. You want to have a professional attorney experienced in the laws of Estate Planning help you through this process. I will create an individualized plan based on your specific needs. With an Estate Plan, you control who gets everything that’s important to you.  You control when money and property are distributed. Without a will, the State will distribute your property. If you have children, you control who will take care of them. You are prepared for any kind of incapacity. If the unthinkable happens, you will have already outlined your wishes regarding life and who will make medical decisions for you and who will manage your finances. If you had documents prepared in another State and then moved to Florida, I can review them and update them as needed to ensure they are binding.
