What We Offer
We can help you achieve the tremendous peace of mind that comes with creating your estate plan—documenting exactly what you desire with regard to your health and your finances. An estate plan is a thoughtful deed for your loved ones and heirs, saving them from the hassle of court or the heartache of not being able to carry out your wishes.
We’ll guide you to think through everything and everyone that is important to you. Together we’ll produce an individualized plan based on your specific needs.
With an Estate Plan:
• You control who gets everything that’s important to you.
• You control when money and property are distributed. (Without a will, the State will distribute your property.)
• If you have children, you control who will take care of them.
• You are prepared for any kind of incapacity.
If you become unable to speak for yourself, you will have legally documented what you want with regard to sustaining life, and who will make medical decisions for you, and who will manage your finances.
If you had documents prepared in another state, we can review them and update them as needed to ensure they are binding in the state of Florida.
